OUR TUTORS

We love what we do

"I can truly say the one on one tuition Mel has provided has been excellent, really focused on what my son needed to correct and it has been immensely beneficial. From the very first lesson he was really positive about what he had learnt and how some things were suddenly clicking".

Another Happy Parent

ANNABEL

ABC...Annabel, Books, Cake!

Annabel is passionate about words; she loves nothing better than discussing Caitlin Moran's clever word play over a strong coffee and a slice of vegan chocolate cake. She has a wealth of English Language and Literature teaching at A level, IB and GCSE both in the private and state sector and her passion, enthusiasm spills over onto her students many of them going on to take English at University.

Although currently at Bradfield, Annabel has experience marking Common Entrance papers so she knows what it takes and could just be the icing on the cake for your child. Annabel believes that great results are achieved through enjoyment, understanding, skill and a good working relationship with students.

Not always an teacher, she left school at sixteen to pursue a career with horses. She played rugby in Newbury, snowboarded in Australia, made cheesecake in Guatamala and went back to school and on to University in her twenties. She can now be found baking, running, or walking her dog by the river.
